Moritz Leisen is a Berlin-based photographer and director specializing in lifestyle, people, portrait, and mobility imagery. His work combines a cinematic eye for light, texture, and movement with a strong sensitivity to subtle narratives and human connection.

After starting out in festival photography, he transitioned into commercial photography following a background in business and consulting. This combination of creative instinct and strategic understanding continues to shape his collaborative approach to working with agencies, brands, and production teams.

Today, Moritz works across photography and motion for clients in Germany and internationally. His clients and collaborators include Volkswagen, Mercedes-Benz, MINI, Lidl, Siemens GBS, ERGO, Snowflake, Boston Consulting Group, BBDO, DDB, and Jung von Matt. He is represented by Greta Horsch in Europe and Beyond Creative Management in the United States.

His work has been recognized by industry awards and juries, including 1st place in the Personal Project category and 2nd place in the Lifestyle category at the American Photographic Artists National Awards, as well as two Personal category win at LeBook Connections Berlin. He has exhibited in New York City as part of the APA NY 4th Annual Juried Photography Exhibition at Soho Photo Gallery.
